Since being founded in 2009, Jim Dickman has acted as Founder and Managing Member of Elements Alternative.

Jim has a broad and deep level of experience across all levels within global financial and insurance institutions, investment advisories, consulting firms of various size and technology start ups.

​

Having held executive level positions for over 20 years, Jim founded Elements originally to solve challenges in the energy efficiency space, acting as an EnergyStar partner. Elements has since expanded to include all types services where a challenge needs to be addressed. 

 

Jim has had the opportunity to lead global teams, head product offerings, design and launch programs, build and implement 100's of technology solutions and design multi faceted work models. 

 

Jim is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (BBA) and Fordham University (MBA)

 

When not pursuing his work passions or spending time with his kids,  Jim can be found hiking, camping, fishing and playing ice hockey, in and around the New York City area.
